How we suffer:
(continued from front page)
For Individuals:
You feel inauthentic in relationships—constantly toggling between pleasing others and asserting yourself.
You overgive and then isolate, unsure how to connect without losing yourself.
You’re disconnected from your own desires.
You struggle to discern what’s truly yours vs. what’s been conditioned into you.
You’re caught between hyper-independence and an over-reliance on others for affirmation.
For Groups & Organizations:
Conflict is either avoided or locked in recurring cycles.
People feel unseen, unheard, or uninspired.
Communication is either rigid and scripted, or completely absent.
There’s no clear understanding of how individual gifts support collective mission.
We long for peace. For harmony. For a way to live in alignment with our deeper values while remaining in connection with the world around us. But we’re taught to fear tension, avoid discomfort, and silence the paradoxes inside us.
If we can’t name these tensions, we can’t touch them.
If we can’t touch them, we can’t transform them.
My Work Is This
To help you articulate the tensions you’ve been carrying in silence.
To bring clarity and coherence to the chaos.
To guide you—gently, powerfully—toward a life and a leadership rooted in truth, integrity, and connection.
I help individuals, leaders, and communities transform fragmentation into flow—within the self, in relationships, and across systems of impact.
Harmony is not about uniformity.
It’s about difference, held together in balance.
my craft
(more about Jonah)
I help people bring coherence to complex relational dynamics—within the self, between people, and inside groups and organizations. I draw from over two decades of experience in:
Somatics & embodiment
Grief & trauma work
Group facilitation & relational intelligence
Performance, movement, and the expressive arts
Consent frameworks, including the Wheel of Consent
Systems thinking, leadership training, and cultural transformation
Whether I’m guiding a CEO through a moment of stuckness, holding a room of strangers as they unpack years of unconscious patterning, or designing ritual spaces that hold paradox and power—I’m working toward the same thing: bringing peace to the warring factions inside and between us.
Experience & Edge
Founder of Second Response, a global trauma-informed training org
Facilitated in over 20 countries, including post-tsunami Sri Lanka
Speaker + guide at retreats, summits, and sacred spaces
Trained with John Wineland, the International School of Temple Arts, Dr. Betty Martin, and more
Organizer of the Bay Area Pun-Off (because play is sacred too)
Lifelong student of paradox, permission, and power
Core Values
Clarity. Coherence. Consent. Integrity. Humor.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about remembering what you already know—and building the skill and structure to live from that knowing, moment by moment.
